Your new role
About the role:
- Supervising projects from inception to completion, exemplifying our commitment to Health & Safety, ensuring quality and best practice.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to members of the project team as appropriate.
- Effectively managing any project delays.
- Ensuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordingly.
- Completing daily site diary as outlined on BIM 360 Field platform.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring site logistics.
- The co-ordination and control of the project, including staff, labour, and sub-contractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the Client.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies, processes, and procedures as prescribed on the Robertson Management System.
- Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) as prescribed on the Robertson Management System.
- Effectively communicating with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information.
- Building and maintaining good relations with clients, design teams, neighbours, and other stakeholders.
About You:
As a Senior Site Manager, you will have either a construction-related degree or be from a trade background with construction management and leadership experience. You will hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge. With a strong project pipeline, the Senior Site Manager role will give you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while providing continuing support for all our on-site teams.
