Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts on rota: 6am - 2pm or 12pm - 8pm
Salary: £14.04 per hour

Your new role
What you’ll do:
- Carrying out routine and ad-hoc caretaker duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions
- Carrying out planned maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence
- Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions
- Providing support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Site Manager
What you’ll need:
- Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working
- Awareness of COSHH regulations
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check prior to starting in the role.
