Location: Kenton School, NE3 3RU

Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts on rota: 6am - 2pm or 12pm - 8pm

Salary: £14.04 per hour

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) provides hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK. We work across sectors including education, healthcare, emergency services and commercial, assuring our customers of high-quality, best value and a sustainable approach.

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Carrying out routine and ad-hoc caretaker duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions
  • Carrying out planned maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence
  • Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions
  • Providing support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Site Manager

What you’ll need:

  • Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working
  • Awareness of COSHH regulations
  • The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check prior to starting in the role.
