Your new role

As Land Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Land acquisition – identifying sites suitable for development in locations that fit the business criteria.
  • Managing internal resources and external consultants cost-effectively and within Key Date deadlines.
  • Selecting and shortlisting identified sites for further detailed investigation and appraisal by the management team.
  • Coordinating the Management Team to ensure detailed investigations, instruction of layouts, and market research are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Seeking detailed market research, suitable product mix, and recommended selling prices from the Sales & Marketing Director.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a sound working knowledge of land, technical and commercial processes, familiar with contracts, land and property law, and construction technology and techniques. You’ll have significant analytical and problem-solving skills. Health & Safety will be just as important, and you’ll be a genuine team player who can network and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors at all levels of business.
