Your new role
When it comes to your career, we deliver everything we promise too. Whilst experience is preferred, we provide full on-the-job training to all new operatives to ensure all new starts have the skills to carry out the role. As a Joiner, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting the team to carry out works in accordance with the appropriate construction industry building standards
- Assembling timber frame panels and floor/roof cassettes
- Maintaining good housekeeping within your work area
- Reporting any accidents/near misses immediately
- Ensuring awareness of, and compliance with, the Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Complying with the Company Health and Safety – Policies, Procedures, and Safe Systems of Work
To join us, we’re looking for:
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work from own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to read construction drawings (training will be provided)
- General Health, Safety & Environmental awareness
- Good numerate skills
- Previous experience in timber frame is desired, however full training will be provided on the job
