Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) provides hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK. We work across sectors including education, healthcare, emergency services and commercial, assuring our customers of high-quality, best value and a sustainable approach.
Your new role
What you’ll do:
- Cleaning and disinfecting all work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in the designated areas daily.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping general flooring throughout the site.
- Carrying out regular clearance of waste bins as required within the designated working areas.
- Performing planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the site.
- Ensuring that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
- Reporting all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
About you:
- General experience of cleaning.
- Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
- Awareness of COSHH regulations.
- Takes initiative and works reliably.
- Good working level of spoken and written English to carry out cleaning duties safely and to communicate with clients and the management team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check before starting in the job.
