Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4.30pm, 38.75 hours per week

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

About the role

As a Maintenance Assistant with Robertson Facilities Management, you will work daily as part of a small site-based FM team and alongside client representatives, with responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service across the relevant client sites.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Hard Services Manager for basic repairs of doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc for general building fabric maintenance.
  • Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
  • To maintain accurate records of works in progress and completed.

About you

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson, and/or extensive experience of property maintenance gained in either the Public or Private sector.
  • Basic Joinery skills.
  • Basic Plumbing skills.
  • Basic general building maintenance skills.
  • Full valid UK Driving Licence required - Company van provided (business use only).

The successful candidate will require a DBS Check before starting in the job.
