We are currently working on a very exciting opportunity with a European technology investment banking boutique. This firm has a strong pipeline of work throughout a number of sectors within M&A and fundraising including: FinTech, Software, Deep Tech, and IT Services.
They are looking for an experienced Vice President to run deals and start on their origination journey. The successful candidate will be someone with 6+ years experience operating in the M&A space and have demonstrable transaction exposure within TMT verticals. The client takes a very diverse view on hiring and will consider profiles from Big 4 firms, Corporate Finance Houses, well established Investment Banks up to large-cap platforms.
In this role you will be working on both buy side and sell side M&A mandates, working alongside the rest of the team to execute various projects within the TMT sector.
