We are currently working with one of the UK's leading corporate finance boutiques who work on a range of deals throughout the tech and media landscape. The role will straddle all aspects of the business working on lead advisory engagements with some of the most exciting growth companies in the entertainment, marketing services and production space. This firm is renowned for their presence in these markets working on some of the most cutting edge deals internationally. About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in M&A from a leading corporate finance boutique or accounting firm. An ACA qualification is essential as many of their clients will need accounting support. A big 4 background is desirable but not essential as is a strong degree from a redbrick University.
