The Role
As M&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading transactions from origination through to completion and integration. You’ll work closely with C-suite stakeholders, internal finance and strategy teams, and external advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Leading financial modelling, valuation, and investment appraisal
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating advisors (legal, financial, tax)
- Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation
- Playing a key role in post-deal integration and performance tracking
The Ideal Candidate
I’m keen to speak with candidates who bring a strong analytical foundation alongside commercial judgement and stakeholder confidence.
You will likely have
- 5–8+ years’ experience in M&A, corporate development or investment banking
- A strong track record of executing deals end-to-end
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing external advisors
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
