As M&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading transactions from origination through to completion and integration. You’ll work closely with C-suite stakeholders, internal finance and strategy teams, and external advisors.
Key responsibilities:- Identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Leading financial modelling, valuation, and investment appraisal
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating advisors (legal, financial, tax)
- Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation
- Playing a key role in post-deal integration and performance tracking
