We are working on behalf of a highly regarded tech and media-focused M&A boutique that is looking to hire a Junior M&A Analyst to join its growing advisory team. The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior bankers on live buy-side and sell-side mandates, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle within fast-growing and innovative sectors such as software, digital media, platforms, gaming, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Valuation analysis and financial analysis
