We are currently partnering with a leading US-headquartered mid-market investment bank to hire a high-calibre Associate into its London office.
This firm operates a dedicated US mid-market platform, advising founder-led businesses, corporates, and private equity clients on a wide range of transactions globally. The London office plays a critical role in delivering cross-border mandates, particularly across Europe and North America.
The Role
As an Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates. You will gain exposure to a high volume of live deals and work closely with senior bankers on complex, cross-border assignments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and transaction structuring
- Managing the preparation of client materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, and presentations
- Coordinating due diligence processes and interacting with clients, lawyers, and other advisors
- Supporting business development efforts, including market research and idea generation
- Supervising and mentoring Analysts
