The Opportunity

We are advising a fast-growing, technology-focused M&A boutique on the hire of an Investment Banking Associate to join its London team. The firm specialises exclusively in technology mandates advising founders, private equity sponsors and corporates on sell-side and buy-side transactions across the UK and Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end execution support on sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates
  • Financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction structuring
  • Preparation of marketing materials, information memoranda and management presentations
  • Coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with external advisors
  • Supporting client meetings, negotiations and transaction documentation
  • Mentoring and reviewing work of Analysts

Candidate Profile

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong foundation in M&A and a genuine interest in the technology sector.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in investment banking or M&A advisory
