We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional name in the market.
The ideal candidate will be someone with 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction exposure, operating at a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Excellent candidates coming from platforms overseas will also be considered, providing they have a proven M&A background and fluent command of the language.
The opportunity will be challenging but equally rewarding in joining a fantastic team at a platform with an unparalleled brand in the market where you would be working across some of the most high profile and exciting transactions in the IB space. An excellent education and undergraduate degree is a prerequisite.
The role will include:
- Assisting in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch-books and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Generating valuation models and valuation benchmark analyses
- Building company forecast models
- Drafting marketing documents
