We are working on behalf of a highly regarded tech and media-focused M&A boutique that is looking to hire a Junior M&A Analyst to join its growing advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high‐calibre graduate who has completed relevant internships in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or strategy, and is now looking to build a long‐term career in a specialist, entrepreneurial advisory environment.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior bankers on live buy‐side and sell‐side mandates, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle within fast‐growing and innovative sectors such as software, digital media, platforms, gaming, and emerging technologies. Unlike larger institutions, this boutique offers early responsibility, direct client exposure, and a genuinely collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Valuation analysis and financial analysis
- Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Market and company research within tech and media verticals
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Assisting senior team members on live M&A mandates
Candidate Profile
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Completed 1–3 relevant internships in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or transaction services
