The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior bankers on live buy-side and sell-side mandates, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle within fast-growing and innovative sectors such as software, digital media, platforms, gaming, and emerging technologies. Unlike larger institutions, this boutique offers early responsibility, direct client exposure, and a genuinely collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Valuation analysis and financial analysis
- Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Market and company research within tech and media verticals
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Assisting senior team members on live M&A mandates
