The Role

This position is ideal for a Microsoft 365/Azure specialist who thrives in an overlay capacity, supporting sales teams, driving meetings, and owning Microsoft cloud opportunities from first engagement to close. You’ll act as the subject matter specialist, delivering assessments, demos and value‑led sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with BDRs and Account Managers to generate and secure Microsoft meetings
  • Host sales activity days to accelerate booking volumes and pipeline creation
  • Deliver the Microsoft value proposition during new‑business meetings and demos
  • Perform Microsoft assessments using internal tooling and present outputs to clients
  • Own the full sales cycle, from qualification through to closing opportunities
  • Lead quarterly service reviews with existing Microsoft customers
  • Identify and cross‑sell complementary non‑Microsoft solutions into the customer base

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years selling Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Proven background as a Microsoft overlay specialist supporting sales teams
  • Experience working for an MSP or established Microsoft licensing provider
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret assessment results and build recommendations
  • Confident delivering demos, value propositions, and consultative conversations
  • Exposure to structured Microsoft assessment or funded-programme cycles
  • Experience running activity days or sales enablement sessions
