We’re hiring on behalf of our exclusive partner, a leading Value-Added Technology Distributor with an established presence across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead a successful sales team focused on driving revenue growth across key target accounts within the IT channel. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys developing people, building customer relationships, and delivering results.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a team of 5 sales professionals, driving customer acquisition, increasing wallet share within existing accounts, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business. The role combines leadership, account development, sales strategy, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Implement sales initiatives to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key reseller, integrator, and service provider accounts
  • Conduct individual and joint customer meetings, calls, and visits
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Drive sales activity across focused technology products and solutions
  • Communicate promotions, incentives, and sales campaigns effectively
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, product positioning, and commercial agreements
  • Present sales achievements, forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership

  • CRM proficiency and strong sales reporting capabilities
