We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber, Security) to manage a warm desk, build relationships, and place top talent across the UK & Europe.

  • Manage a warm desk of roles and actively recruit for Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber, and Security positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the UK & Europe.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT Channel) with focus areas in Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber, and Security.
  • Strong candidate engagement, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Ambition to progress to running your own desk within a collaborative team.
