Key Role Responsibilities

• Consistently networking and speaking with top GTM talent, passive and active candidates in the market
• Interviewing candidates (phone and face-to-face) to assess suitability for specific roles
• Presenting top-quality CVs to hiring managers and handling feedback and offer negotiations
• Building a pipeline of candidate interviews and client vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and achieving monthly GP targets

Key Attributes Required

• Previous B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and presenting job opportunities
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
• Commission: Uncapped with no threshold—your earning potential is limitless
