Key Role Responsibilities
- Consistently networking and speaking with top GTM talent, passive and active candidates in the market
- Interviewing candidates (phone and face-to-face) to assess suitability for specific roles
- Presenting top-quality CVs to hiring managers and handling feedback and offer negotiations
- Building a pipeline of candidate interviews and client vacancies
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and achieving monthly GP targets
Key Attributes Required
- Previous B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and presenting job opportunities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
- Commission: Uncapped with no threshold—your earning potential is limitless
