We are supporting a fast-paced technology-led business in sourcing a contract Systems Administrator to deliver hands-on infrastructure support across cloud platforms, core business applications, and user environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically sharp individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and is confident working independently across both MacOS and Windows environments. The initial engagement is on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent conversion in the future if interested.

Technical Support and Administration

  • Manage and solve system-related support issues across Google Workspace, GCP, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Support user environments across Windows and MacOS platforms, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimisation.
  • Administer and support tools such as Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft 365, Azure, JAMF, Slack, Zoom, and OneLogin.
  • Assist with account provisioning, access management, and platform integrations.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and apply solutions to improve system stability and performance.

AV and Communication Tools Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Google Meet setups) to ensure seamless user experiences for hybrid work environments.

Project and Operational Support

  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, system upgrades, rollouts, and implementation of new tools or platforms.

Asset and Lifecycle Management

  • Manage hardware provisioning, asset tracking, and device lifecycle activities from onboarding to decommissioning.

Mid-Level Systems Administrator with experience in IT infrastructure support roles.
