Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of partner accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the telecoms and IT ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular virtual and on-site meetings to align on goals and uncover new opportunities.
  • Promote and demo advanced billing and software tools tailored to each partner’s needs.
  • Drive adoption and expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
  • Provide timely reports on activity, forecasts, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner queries and support commercial success.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, continuously growing your market knowledge.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or partner success within software, telecoms, or IT.
  • Familiarity with billing platforms such as aBILLity, Eclipse, or Affinity is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator and skilled relationship-builder.
