Key Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of IBM Software solutions (Data & AI, Automation, Sustainability, Security).
- Build pipeline via networking, prospecting, and collaborating with IBM sales teams.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and propose tailored IBM solutions.
- Develop presentations, pricing proposals, and close deals that align to growth targets.
- Support internal sales teams with enablement and product strategy guidance.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and achieve IBM certifications/badges quarterly.
Key Attributes Required:
- 10+ years’ experience in IBM Software sales with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IBM\’s software portfolio and its application in enterprise settings.
- Confidence in selling complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
- High commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder engagement and C-level communication skills.
- Experience working with virtual teams, partner networks, and cross-functional sales groups.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in solution and consultative selling.
