Key Role Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery and go-live.
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of IT projects, including resource planning and budget control.
- Define deliverables and milestones in collaboration with technical leads.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans for engineering-led initiatives, tracking time, cost, risks, and issues.
- Report regularly to engineering and senior management on project progress.
- Foster team organisation, motivation, and high performance.
- Apply Agile methods including sprint planning, release scheduling, and incremental delivery techniques.
- Ensure operational readiness, digital documentation, and support structures are in place before deployment.
Key Attributes Required
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of technical delivery across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Applications.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Positive, open-minded and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
- Genuine interest in business processes and customer needs.
