Robertson Sumner are working with an IT service provider who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with their end-client to drive the implementation of a new HR technology platform and oversee the transition of associated IT applications. This role will focus on ensuring a smooth migration from existing systems to a modern, integrated solution, minimizing operational impact while meeting business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Define and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for system implementation and application transition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key business areas, technical teams, and external providers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with solution providers and third-party vendors to oversee system configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Budget & Resource Oversight: Track project costs and resources, ensuring efficient use of budgets and personnel.
