Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and define client requirements.
  • Design and present tailored IT solutions across managed services, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client environments and objectives.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value and ROI messaging.
  • Deliver demos, proposals and presentations to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope deliverables that align with both technical and commercial expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of vendor technologies and align solutions to current market trends.
  • Achieve pre-sales KPIs linked to deal conversion, upsell success, and revenue contribution.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting or solution design—ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Ability to translate technical detail into business benefits and outcomes.
  • Skilled in proposal development, solution validation, and commercial alignment.
  • Experience working in sales-aligned roles with KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, etc.) are an advantage.
