The Role
As a Partner Business Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners, developing long-term commercial relationships and delivering sustained revenue and margin growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive product adoption, increase share of wallet, and position the business as a critical distribution partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver structured partner account plans to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships across partner organisations
- Drive product adoption and commercial growth within assigned accounts
- Lead and deliver quarterly partner business reviews (QBRs)
- Manage pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting
- Work cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes
- Introduce new products and lead go-to-market initiatives within partner accounts
- Act as a senior escalation point to support deal optimisation and commercial negotiations
