Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus

We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on with networking projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to the senior management.
  • Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.
  • Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.
  • Balance hands-on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
  • Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
