Why Join Us?
This is your opportunity to join a thriving Microsoft-focused sales organisation undergoing rapid growth and investment in its licensing and cloud consultancy capabilities. Backed by a specialist team and a clear vision to lead in the Microsoft space, you’ll be empowered to shape customer journeys across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and beyond.
Here’s what sets this role apart:
- Microsoft-Centric Growth Strategy – Join a business committed to building deep specialisation in Microsoft licensing, cloud, and funding programmes.
- Advisory, Not Transactional – Be part of a consultative sales team that helps customers navigate complexity, not just close deals.
- Flexible Location – Work from one of three key UK sales hubs with hybrid working to support work-life balance.
- Access to Microsoft Funding Programmes – Deliver real value through expert use of Azure, Copilot, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) incentives.
- Career Pathways – Whether you’re early-career or a seasoned licensing consultant, you’ll have room to grow and shape your own future.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft licensing, with a strong focus on CSP, Enterprise Agreements (EA), and Microsoft funding programmes (Azure, Copilot).
- Act as a subject matter expert, helping customers make informed decisions about licensing strategy and optimisation.
- Support new business development and account growth by delivering compelling licensing proposals and funding-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with internal cloud consultants and Microsoft partner teams to maximise opportunity.
- Stay current on changes in Microsoft’s licensing landscape, funding models, and roadmap to maintain expert-level knowledge.
- Present licensing options, savings opportunities, and value-led solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Key Attributes Required
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing, including CSP, EA, and Microsoft funding frameworks.
- Experience in working with or within Microsoft incentive programmes such as Azure Migration, Copilot adoption, or marketplace offers.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft product stacks: Azure, M365, Copilot, and associated cloud technologies.
- Consultative, customer-first approach — capable of simplifying complex licensing structures into business-relevant value.
- Ideally from a Microsoft partner, MSP, or competitor (e.g. SoftwareOne, Bytes, Insight, Crayon, Softcat, Computacenter).
- Comfortable presenting solutions and value to C-level and IT decision-makers.
- Highly driven, organised, and commercially focused — with either a strong early-career trajectory or proven senior-level experience.
