The Role
This senior leadership position is responsible for defining and executing a high-impact Services Sales strategy. You will lead specialist sellers, collaborate with internal technical teams, and ensure the successful commercial performance of the services business. The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, people leadership, and hands‐on engagement with complex opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Services Sales business, ensuring relevance, innovation, and high performance.
- Build and deliver a commercial plan aligned to wider organisational strategy and growth targets.
- Drive improved win rates, customer experience, and seller experience through credible presales engagement.
- Own and manage P&L performance, forecasting, and cost-centre management.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and technical teams to support opportunities from presales through delivery.
- Develop competitive insights and market intelligence to inform service capability development.
- Represent the services proposition at internal, customer, and partner events.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain talented sales specialists and future leaders.
- Foster deliberate cross-functional collaboration across presales and services business units.
- Act as a senior escalation point for critical service-related events.
