The Role
This role sits at the heart of a growing sales function, supporting high-value customer relationships while owning your own opportunities end-to-end. It’s ideal for someone hungry to develop commercial skills and build a long-term sales career in the technology services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, generating new service opportunities
- Qualify, progress, and coordinate opportunities from first conversation through to signature
- Produce structured, outcome-focused proposals and quotes that set delivery teams up for success
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and commentary for wider sales planning
- Book and lead high-quality customer meetings aligned to account strategy and growth priorities
- Identify early insights such as cross-sell triggers or renewal risks and escalate appropriately
- Work collaboratively with technical, operations, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or inside sales, supporting opportunities or sales owners
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation capability
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales-related targets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, positive mindset with the confidence to challenge and think creatively
Nice to Have / Advantageous
- Exposure to IT services, MSP, channel, or technology-led environments
