Key Role Responsibilities:
- Support and optimise end-user computing systems and collaboration tools.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and identity platforms.
- Manage device lifecycles including imaging, refreshes, and MDM solutions.
- Ensure service compliance, documentation, and user support within SLAs.
