Key Role Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilise current technical systems, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action.
- Create a practical, commercially aligned technology roadmap to drive growth.
- Introduce structured engineering processes, governance models, and scalable technical standards.
- Lead integration efforts following acquisitions, ensuring platform and network rationalisation.
- Embed best practices in resilience, security, monitoring, and incident management.
- Coach and restructure teams to raise standards, drive accountability, and improve delivery.
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams to ensure technical solutions support strategic goals.
- Balance innovation with operational excellence across all service offerings.
Key Attributes Required
- Demonstrable leadership experience within an ISP or connectivity-focused MSP.
- Proven success delivering technical transformation in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in network architecture, infrastructure, and resilient platform design.
- Hands‑on problem solver with the ability to balance strategic and operational demands.
- Skilled in team development, technical governance, and service‑led solution design.
- Comfortable working in hybrid models, with at least 3 days per week onsite in the South East.
- (Desirable) Experience in PE‑backed or high‑growth settings, B2B connectivity, or multi‑site operations.
