The Role
A versatile Finance Administrator role supporting UK operations, ensuring documents, invoices, purchase orders and approvals are processed accurately and efficiently. Perfect for someone with basic accounting knowledge who enjoys structured work, good communication, and getting things right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and combine financial documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Manage UK-based invoices, approvals and purchase orders, before submitting consolidated documentation to the US team.
- Support accounts payable and receivable with day-to-day tasks and reconciliations.
- Handle basic office contracts and office purchase administration.
- Answer the main office phone line (low volume – approx. 3 calls per week).
- Apply foundational accounting principles to check, understand and validate documents.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure all finance processes run smoothly and on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience in an administrative or finance support role.
- Good communication skills and ability to listen, understand and follow processes.
- Confident working with invoices, POs, approvals or financial documents.
