Key Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
  • Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Manage digital PR, link building, and brand outreach to enhance online authority.
  • Deliver high-performing social media strategies and content.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts including email marketing, content, and retargeting.
  • Analyse marketing data, prepare performance reports, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align strategies and outcomes.
  • Stay informed on digital trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Key Attributes Required

  • Solid experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in fast-paced sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of PPC, SEO, digital PR, and social media.
  • Skilled with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and results-focused.

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid/Flexible working available)

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9am–6pm | Friday: 9am–5pm (flexible hours considered)
