About the Role

Our client is seeking a Client Services Executive to support the Client Services team in delivering outstanding client experiences across a range of creative, digital, and marketing projects. The role includes managing smaller deliverables such as merchandise, print, and social assets while supporting larger integrated campaigns and events. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Attend client meetings, calls, presentations, and events
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Support communication between clients and internal teams
  • Project Support
    • Manage smaller projects from briefing through to delivery
    • Support larger creative and digital campaigns
    • Prepare and communicate detailed project briefs
    • Keep clients informed throughout project lifecycles
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Support campaign planning and response development
    • Work collaboratively with creative, content, and digital teams
    • Use project management tools to track timelines, tasks, and progress
    • Share learnings and best practices across accounts
  • Logistics & Cost Management
    • Source supplier quotes and support estimate preparation
    • Assist with budget tracking and project profitability
    • Coordinate suppliers and project logistics where required

Requirements & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B agency client services role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence presenting ideas and communicating with stakeholders
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and creative services
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
