Take on an autonomous, commercially focused role with real ownership of strategic accounts. Collaborate with expert technical, service desk, and project delivery teams to create impactful solutions.
You will build long‑term strategic relationships, drive commercial performance, develop account roadmaps, and coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional service across the full managed services stack.
Identify whitespace, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities across the full services portfolio. Lead QBRs with senior stakeholders covering performance, risks, roadmap progress, and commercial opportunities.
Build and execute account development plans that align to client objectives. Work with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Project Managers to design and deliver multi‑pillar solutions.
Maintain strong CRM discipline to support accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility. Lead commercial negotiations including renewals and contract changes.
Ensure seamless communication with service desk, onboarding and delivery teams to guarantee a consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Managed Services / MSP / IT Services.
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise or mid‑market accounts.
- Ability to sell across a broad managed services portfolio (Cloud, Cyber, Modern Workplace, Connectivity, Mobile, Managed IT).
- Commercially astute with a track record of revenue growth and account penetration.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage complex multi‑workstream accounts.
- Familiarity with coordinating cross‑functional technical and service delivery teams.
- Knowledge of multi‑site hybrid environments and modern security‑led architectures.
