Key Role Responsibilities
- Drive new business within the mid-market private sector.
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and onboarding.
- Leverage internal SDR and marketing support to build your pipeline.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales across multiple IT domains.
- Meet ARR-based revenue targets with a structured 4-month ramp-up.
Key Attributes Required
- 2–3+ years’ proven success in IT solution sales (MSP background preferred).
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrable new business wins.
- Experience selling at least 2 of the following: networking, cloud, cyber security, or unified communications.
- Consultative approach with a deep understanding of client needs and solution mapping.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
