Business Analyst (ITSM, Service Desk, ConnectWise)
Contract: 3 month rolling
Location: Multiple sites, Mainly London and the Midlands
Our client are a very well known IT MSP who are looking for a Business Analyst on a 3 month contract that will be transforming their internal Service Desk.
Experience required
- Experience of working within an Managed Services environment is a must
- 6 years experience as a Business Analyst within an Service Desk and ITSM environment
- You must have experience with ConnectWise and multiple ITSM platforms
