Are you ready to lead and shape the future of our UK business strategy? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of UK Business Leader, overseeing the execution of our client's vendor business plan and providing leadership to the dedicated vendor team.

Your Role

  • Business Strategy: Drive the execution of the UK vendor business plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our vendor team to achieve success, providing guidance and support to ensure the realization of SMART objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with regional vendor stakeholders, up to VP level, and represent our company at high-profile meetings and industry events.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to maximize revenue and enhance business performance.
  • Communication: Serve as an expert communicator and presenter, effectively conveying the commercial proposition of our partnership with vendor to senior reseller contacts.
  • Performance Management: Undertake regular performance reviews and one-on-one sessions with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Prerequisites

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams to revenue growth, particularly in Cyber Security or related product lines.
  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in an IT channel sales position, with experience managing multi-level teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator and presenter, comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
