Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve service and revenue targets, making significant contributions to our overall success.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments through various communication channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers through written and verbal contact.
- Build strong working relationships within client accounts, maximizing 'buy-in' potential through regular contact.
- Identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, pass qualified leads to relevant areas, and oversee their progress.
- Utilize internal and external databases to research and establish business needs for clients.
- Develop and implement individual account strategies to exceed client expectations.
- Manage time effectively to accomplish all tasks, including visits, calls, and research & development efforts.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all account details in CRM systems.
- Produce regular reports for internal sales meetings, contributing to team success.
Skills and qualifications:
- A' level education or equivalent, with GCSE level C or above in English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience in selling/account management via telephone, including negotiation and objection handling.
- Proficiency in using internal database systems and internet search engines for effective research.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets within given deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint.
