Key Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and pre-sales architecture for modern infrastructure and hybrid IT solutions.
- Translate client business and technical needs into comprehensive, value-driven solutions.
- Conduct workshops and technical discovery sessions with clients to capture requirements.
- Collaborate with professional services, managed services, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide governance on solution design, documentation, and delivery quality.
- Support technical sales enablement through workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, vendor roadmaps, and best practices.
Key Attributes Required:
- 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales or professional services technical role.
- Expert-level knowledge in data centre infrastructure, hybrid IT, and vendor ecosystems (HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp).
- Experience with technical configuration and sizing tools.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation projects and service-led approaches.
- Strong technical governance, documentation, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Data Protection, DR, and BC solutions.
- Desirable: knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Azure HCI, containerisation, public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Eligibility for (or current) security clearance is an advantage.
