Key Role Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated technical support issues across hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain networking equipment, AV setups, and cloud platforms.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and service improvements across client environments.
  • Liaise with technology vendors to resolve hardware or software issues.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and client support materials.
