What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to senior management. Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration. Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions. Balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities. Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management. What We’re Looking For Proven networking experience and technical credibility. Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a management track. Mature, coachable, and capable of managing a team effectively. Experience with design, configuration, and deployment projects.
