We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on with networking projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to senior management.
- Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.
- Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.
- Balance hands-on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
- Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
