This role sits at the heart of Finance & Operations, owning contract lifecycle management, billing accuracy and service revenue performance. You’ll lead the revenue team, act as the escalation point for complex billing and contract queries, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting. It’s a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys combining commercial insight, data analysis and people management to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including setup, amendments and compliance.
  • Lead and oversee all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for billing, contract and revenue queries.
  • Manage forecasting across billing and revenue streams, reporting on variances and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems including ServiceNow / ESOD and related databases.
  • Monitor T&M billing, installations, cancellations and service database outputs.
  • Lead and develop the Revenue Team, setting behaviours in line with company values.
  • Deliver continuous process improvement, automation and insight using tools such as Power BI.
  • Build strong relationships with finance, service and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior customer contact for escalated billing and contract issues.
