A leading, award winning, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Senior Electrical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success.

You will ideally have previous experience working on projects up to £25M, although we will consider applicants of other high values within reason, as long as they are of a commercial / industrial level. This is a genuinely exciting time to join this incredibly stable organisation and be a part of something special in the M&E arena.

We seek a true professional who will have the capability and previously developed talent in managing electrical installations. Typical projects include:

  • Hospitals
  • New build industrial sheds for warehousing & distribution
  • Industrial units for a variety of manufactured goods
  • Data centres

What is paramount is your experience working on commercial and industrial schemes. Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience in the project management and delivery of electrical installations and all electrical related services you would expect.
