Long established and highly respected Air Conditioning and Refrigeration service maintenance and installation business have a fantastic new opportunity to recruit an HVAC Contracts Manager to focus on new HVAC installations. Based in the Norwich area, we are very interested in speaking to prospective candidates who have come through the ranks as a seasoned HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer and moved into managing installations.
You may be at a stage in your career where you are looking to step into a Contracts Engineer role from the tools or an experienced Contracts Engineer looking to step into a Contracts Manager role. HVAC schemes can vary from domestic installation to managing installs in hotels, retail, offices and restaurants to name a few.
Supported by a Contracts Coordinator, this role will be client facing and require you to visit sites checking the work. Whilst you manage and run each project, you will be responsible for managing the financials, invoices, materials and labour. This position offers genuine stability with a business that is financially secure and busy.
