A rare and newly created opportunity has been created for this multi million pound M 10M- 20M+ Candidates highly sought are those with commercial or even industrial mechanical estimating experience into buildings, although we are happy to consider those from a fit out or construction related estimating background. Typical contracts may include offices, data centres, warehouses, distribution centres and all manner of industrial sheds for manufacture as well as healthcare / hospitals. You will have direct experience in providing detailed and completed tenders including installation times and then review projects after completion for quality and accuracy on future projects. As an already proven Mechanical Estimator, you will produce accurate take offs / measures of tenders and be experienced in using estimating software to ensure that the prime cost of the project is fully understood.
